Core Skills (2-Day & 4-Day)
- Planning & Preparation: Plan safe mountain routes considering terrain, daylight, weather, and escape options
- Scottish Mountain Weather: Understand rapid weather changes and how to prepare—even for winter-like conditions in summer
- Walking Techniques: Learn how to move confidently on steep, boggy, or boulder-strewn terrain typical of the Cairngorms
